CurrentAs a seasoned Director of Operations for Transportation. I have a proven track record of improving operational efficiency, reducing cost, and enhancing customer satisfaction. My expertise lies in developing strategies that optimize employee empowerment ( accountability). In my current role, I oversee our team of transportation professional ,and I'm responsible for ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. I work closely with cross functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that benefit our business & our customers. Through my leadership, we have successfully implemented new technologies and processes that have resulted in increased productivity and COST SAVINGS. I am a results-driven leader with a passion for exceeding expectations. I manage our fleet computer applications and support systems including Samsara, TMS,EDI Software I review and manage the annual processing and payment of 30K fleet related invoices. I provide 3rd party audit support to internal groups. I manage the system wide fuel card program that has over $3 million in annual billings. I'm responsible for the Records Retention process for Fleet Management. I ensure recovery for all warranty work and other billings related to vendors. I oversees the issue and of all fleet related contracts for services and supplies. I've implement Fleet Management’s Safety Plan in conjunction with ADOT . I'm responsible for monitoring Fleet budgets and providing reporting and accounting support as needed. I improve the safety, dependability, and economy of LVL’s fleet through improvement initiatives.
