As the Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager, directly oversee Apex’s Recruitment Outsourcing Partner (RPO) and develops strong relationships with leaders across the 1,500+ person firm. Develops and manages Apex’s DEI Initiatives related to talent acquisition. Ensures compliance of employment-related laws, regulations, and associated reporting and filing requirements. Serves as the point of contact and final decision maker on candidates relative to Apex’s policies and guidelines. Oversees reporting of key TA metrics and other information as well as conducting bi-weekly talent acquisition meetings with key stakeholders.
