Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager
Current• Develop strong relationships with supervisors, leaders, and Talent Team members as a trusted partner to develop and lead a variety of talent acquisition and related programs.• Directly oversee Apex’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner and deepen the relationship across the organization.• Ensure compliance of employment-related laws, regulations, and associated reporting and filing requirements related to EEOC and Apex Affirmative Action Plans.• Serve as the point of contact and final decision maker on candidate background and drug screening results relative to Apex’s policies and guidelines.• Respond to talent acquisition and hiring-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and hiring managers.
