As a Non- Executive Director/ Chairman I have developed a broad range of skills and experience across several industries including; banking and financial services, automotive, agriculture, mining services, property development, medical science, sport and education. I have been a director of both listed and unlisted companies and have board committee experience in audit, risk, capital management and credit. As a CEO I have a track record of success in both listed and unlisted companies. I have extensive retail and commercial banking experience, financial services and as a CEO of a financial conglomerate business. My last executive role is as Group CEO of Capricorn Society Ltd. Capricorn is a transaction aggregator and trade financier in the auto after market sector. Operating across Australia and New Zealand, Capricorn facilitates in excess of $2 billion in auto parts purchases for 20,000 businesses. Additionally, Capricorn has a Mutual Insurance and an Insurance Brokering business and offers a number of other product and services to the automotive sector. Capricorn Finance provides equipment finance for the automotive after-market sector. I was a director of both the Insurance and Finance subsidiaries.
