Primary onsite contact for all customers, subcontractors, manpower andgovernment representatives for construction related activities andinspections.  Maintains strong communication with customers and Profire's uppermanagement team.  Ensures the use of state mandated construction practices to achieve thehighest standards of quality.  Manage and communicate project plans and tasks sequence to 20+subcontractors, hourly laborers, and material/equipment suppliers toeffectively achieve project milestones with maximum efficiency andprofitability.  Determine budget estimates for the defined scope to maintain schedulesand meeting budget goals schedule.  Oversee and maintain procedures and policies for the day to day operationsof the team.  Manage material deliveries and subcontract labor in accordance withproject schedules and adjusts as necessary.  Manage possible problem areas to ensure preventative action to delivercritical milestones and requirements for each phase of the project.  Confirms the detailed submittals are submitted, received, corrected andapproved then returned to the suppliers and subcontractors to ensuretimely delivery of material and/or manpower.
