Over the past four years, I've become well-versed in the mortgage landscape, offering tailored solutions to meet each client’s needs.Before this, I was the Customer Experience Manager at Aeronet Software, where I focused on enhancing client interactions and building long-term relationships. Even though my time there was short, I managed to implement strategies that boosted customer satisfaction and retention.At Rocketspark, I worked as the Partnerships Manager for six years. My role involved building and maintaining strategic partnerships, driving growth, and expanding our market presence. I enjoyed negotiating and creating collaborations that benefited everyone involved.My career started in education, where I spent five years teaching at Berkley Normal Middle School and Goodwood School. These roles taught me the importance of communication, patience, empathy, and adaptability.Outside of work, I coach cricket and have a strong passion for sports management. I love continuous learning and applying my diverse experiences to new challenges.
