About Greg Walther

I am a Partner and the Managing Director of Legal Placement for Emerald Search Partners (ESP). We are the highest rated and reviewed Seattle-based Legal Search and Staffing firm. Prior to co-founding ESP, I was the Sr. Recruiter for HR at the world’s largest online retailer where I was responsible for national and international recruiting of other seasoned recruiters to join Amazon's growing and dynamic infrastructure. Before this, I spent nearly a decade with one of the world’s largest recruiting and staffing companies where I specialized in recruiting top-level legal professionals (Attorneys, Paralegals, Management and Staff) for both law firms and corporate legal departments in Arizona, Washington, Oregon and California. Later in my career there, I was also responsible for managing the corporate training and mentoring of other Legal, IT and Creative & Marketing Recruiters in both the United States and Canada. I earned my J.D. from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska and my a B.S. in History from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona.
