My main function was to provide support and assurance for the EPR projects at Shrewsbury & Telford, Robert Jones & Anges Hunt and Circle Health projects along side leading the Bluespier implementation at North Middlesex. This involved overseeing the deployment of the CareFlow EPR and ensuring that the deployment methodology was followed correctly and the configuration of CareFlow was fit for purpose.

After re-joining the CareFlow EPR deployment team I successfully completed a Patient Flow electronic whiteboard implementation at Buckinghamshire NHS Trust. I completed out of hours upgrade support work packages and was a key team member for test script review project completed throughout 2021. I also completed multiple small works packages when required. I was the Lead Implementation Specialist for the Shrewsbury & Telford EPR deployment up to June 2022, successfully completing project kick off and functional workshop delivery.

Working as part of the ICE delivery team I was responsible for the implementation of the ICE solution in various formats with widely varying scope. I supported a full end to end ICE deployment at the Wirral NHS Trust successfully, completed a full end to end testing work package with the Berkshire and Surrey Pathology Service and I successfully delivered end user training to customers remotely during the Covid-19 restrictions. I had a secondary role as the methodology work package lead within the ICE delivery team. As CliniSys attempt to create a full end to end Order Comms and LIMS implementation methodology my previous experience in other roles enabled me to lead and drive forward this piece of work. I successfully translated the Sunquest delivery toolkit to align with an existing LIMS implementation methodology with the long-term goal of achieving a harmonised approach across both business units.

During my time with IMMJ I provided pre-project stakeholder engagement, implementation advice and product demonstration at North Tees in readiness for their MediViewer implementation. In parallel I undertook the role of Implementation Lead for the MediViewer implementation at Worcester mental health trust. My responsibilities included stakeholder engagement, clinical engagement, workstream planning, technical engagement, and subject access request (SAR) module subject matter expertise.

In January 2014, I was promoted into the role of Deployment Subject Matter Expert and reassigned to oversee the Medway deployments at The Christie and Swindon from a functional and configuration perspective. This involved giving senior support to the Product Specialists assigned to both projects and giving assurance to the customer for the functional design and configuration workstream within the project repeating this role for the Medway deployment at Nobles Hospital, Isle of Man and Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust before moving on to complete the Medway deployment at University Hospitals North Midlands NHS trust. Latterly I picked an additional role of implementing the new operating theatre system interoperability in partnership with Bluespier. I successfully led to completion seven deployments of this solution at Buckinghamshire, Nottingham, Bristol, Gateshead, Barking, North Midlands and Brighton NHS Trusts.

I began working as part of the Medway QA team in July 2010 and quickly built a strong understanding and knowledge base for the Medway product suite. From there I moved into a Deployment Product Specialist role as part of the Medway post go-live support at Aintree working on site working with the customer to optimise the product. I then progressed into a similar role at Bristol before becoming one of the Lead Product Specialists for the Kettering Medway deployment. I was responsible for the functional and configuration workstream which involved: Configuration workshop planning and delivery, process modelling, planning and execution of configuration tasks, supporting the data migration activities, support for trust testing and Go-live support. Upon completion I was assigned to the Medway deployment at The Christie as Lead Product Specialist.

My main role was to provide implementation support to projects throughout the National Programme for IT across multiple NHS trusts in the greater London region. This role included data entry, data validation, system testing, end user training and floor walking.
