Complete responsibility for Chrysler ADAS, Active Chassis and safety systems including design release, cost, quality, timing and performance. Systems included; electronic brake systems (ABS, ESC, ..), blind spot monitor, rear cross path, automatic cruise control, forward collision warning, park sense, rear view camera, lane departure warning, passive restraint systems, occupant detection systems and pedestrian protection systems. Technologies included radar, lidar, cameras, and ultrasonic sensors. Additionally responsible for hybrid and EV regenerative brake systems. Significantly improved stopping distance and Consumer Reports scores on all new vehicle releases.

Total design, releasing, cost, quality, and timing responsibility for the 3.7L, 4.7L, and HEMI engines. Responsible for 3 major engine upgrade programs 3.7L, 4.7L, and HEMI in addition to normal production responsibilities. Responsible for the 4.7L upgrade through launch and HEMI upgrade until S1 builds. Increased fuel economy up to 10% and performance up to 25% through a systematic development approach. Significantly improved the C/1000 quality on each engine bringing the HEMI to the highest quality engine in Chrysler at the time.
