Started as Executive Team Leader of Food and was responsible for managing a new, growing division for Target - the grocery business! Then moved to the operational side as Executive Team Leader of Logistics where I managed the store's inventory.I was then selected out of 500 Executive Team Leaders to manage a $4 million project with the construction, plumbing, electrical, refridgeration, fixture contractors, and store team. We took a general merchandise store and renovated it to a grocery Target.I was then promoted to the flagship store in downtown Mpls, MN as Senior Executive Team Leader of Operations. My job was to identify operational/financial opportunities and fix them by partnering with the store teams in the areas to identify root causes, implement better routines, and teach and train new behaviors to leaders/teams.
