I began my career in the automotive industry, beginning in facilities development and then moving into product development. After 6 years in this industry I moved into the project area within the financial services industry, successfully applying my project and stakeholder management skills in a new environment at AXA APH. From projects I moved into the Business Continuity Management role within Group Operational Risk, then being promoted to Senior Business Continuity Manager after the merging of the AXA and AMP businesses. In 2012 I was offered an opportunity to move back into Engineering and formed Newbeach MPS to manage the Australian and New Zealand region for Vortex Hydra and Globe Machines. In July 2013, Newbeach MPS merged with Arrow Engineering to form Arrow MPS, a diversified engineering services firm that provides engineering design, manufacture of precision parts, machine design, build commissioning and servicing. My role covers Operations and Human Resources. Arrow MPS is active across the housing, mining, waste management, food, print media, pharmaceutical and general engineering industries.
