Sr. Cyber Security Engineer ● Responsible for the performance of technical projects pertaining to the use of advanced Artificial Intelligence across the DoD● Manage large scale teams responsible for the design, development, testing and implementation of systems, software and cyber defense ● Direct and supervise all support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities● Responsible for Program, System and Component compliance with all Federal, State and DoD regulations● Manage the technical direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives● Provide for the planning, implementation and testing of system engineering and architecture deliverables in various environments● Design, build and test software images ● Implement and test infrastructure assets and connections● Provide SME level guidance for system artifacts in support of A&A activities ● Serve as the Information Systems Security Manager for multiple systems● Server as the Fully Qualified Navy and USMC Validator for systems that require an Authorization To Operate across the DoD● Analyze cyber requirements and potential design solutions ● Provide guidance and direction related to security technologies● Perform analysis on cybersecurity collected data and test results● Identify and implement complex cybersecurity designs● Prepare and maintain engineering and security related documentation● Assists in the definition and programming of moderately complex software

Technology Protection Specialist● Assist DoD/Navy acquisition programs with Technology Protection (TP) plans, solutions and implementation● Identify TP requirements, potential solutions, develop implementation schedules and monitor progress for the respective Program Management Offices● Research, develop and compose Program Protection Plans (PPP), Anti-Tamper Plans (ATP), Security Classification Guides ( SCG), Criticality Analysis(CA), Acquisition Assurance Information Strategies(AIAS), Counter Intelligence Support Plan Requests (CISP), and supporting documentation to meet DoD requirements● Present potential solutions and documentation results to the Program Office● Manage all aspects of tasking including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks and issues, impact on systems, and dependencies to other systems● Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and educate customers on the requirements for implementing TP● Review and generate documentation to assist in the mitigation of issues with the NAVSEA Anti-Tamper Technical Warrant Holder
