Creating a success culture with a balanced approach of people and process development, that delivers sustainable long term value for our customers and suppliers.CloudNet were one of the first to challenge innovation and technology using TV White Space Networks (TVWS) in the UK for marine applications and ship-to-shore communications, and which we went on to trialing 5G in the Orkney Isles.We are always looking to novel ways we can deliver communications, and were also first in Scotland (if not the UK) to deploy a 10gig backbone fibre -in-water network across 7Km of mains water, and delivering FTTP using the water networks. We live for challenges.CloudNet were the only commercial company who provides MARINE long range Internet connectivity using TVWS. We were largest TV White Space networks in the UK and Europe, and are currently specialising in all aspects of WISP communications, for remote and rural areas & islands, as well as leading in Marine Communications in this area. Greg has over 20 years of experience in electronics technology and innovation. He has a BSc in Electronic and Electrical Engineering and a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology (Computer Aided Engineering) from Edinburgh Napier University. I has also been at the heart of building Orkney islands Council wireless networks consisting of linking their remote islands and towns to the council network infrastructure. This was developed early 2000 onwards and still being used today.
