Over 20 years teaching in UK and international, from class teacher through to Acting Head of Primary roles. Within these positions, I have lead on numerous aspects of school life: SENCo, Year Group Leader (pastoral and curriculum support), coaching/mentoring.I have led carefully planned and strategically necessary large scale initiatives such as leaderhip structure changes in schools, as well smaller projects which have always looked to empower others and distribute leadership as best as possible. I am always looking for new experiences as well as those opportunities that can strengthen exisiting skills.
