Director of Finance for the Private Client and Institutional Services division. This division included four lines of business; Associated Financial Group, Associated Trust Services, Associated Investment Services and Private Banking, which combined to total approximately $175M in annual revenue.

Led all accounting and finance functions at this multi-location insurance agency of approximately $50M in annual revenues. Provided feasibility analysis for M&A activity and led the finance and accounting due diligence teams. Involved in many projects from client related analysis to internal projects covering internal process improvements, reporting packages, and budgeting and forecasting.
