I am an Electrical Engineer with broad experience in Building Services design, Infrastructure and Roadlighting, as well as team management and Building Services (MEP) & Structure design management. I have worked on some fantastic projects in New Zealand, Indonesia and Australia, Sri Lanka, Samoa, Fiji, Vanuatu and Papua New Guinea, with a mix of building types too. These range from office buildings, (both base build and fitout), hotels, super-tall, high-rise, low rise, hospitals, industrial facilities, convention centres, cinemas, the odd highway and local road lighting improvement scheme, and stadia.I enjoy leading projects, dealing with people in an easy going, pragmatic manner that "gets the job done". I care about the clients that I work for, and the people that work for me. I have a great team of engineers that can do just about any type of building design you could throw at them, and have developed our roadlighting capability in NZ, Australia and Indonesia. I’ve been on the IESANZ NZ chapter management committee since about 2013 and have been voted by them in as Chapter President annually for the period 2014-2021 when I stepped down and was voted into the position of NZ Chapter Vice President, until 2022 and since then I hold portfolio of NZ status and qualifications. I’ve also represented the NZ Chapter on the IESANZ Board since 2017, Vice President from October 2018, to January 2021, when I was appointed into the role of President to 2023. So if you have any queries please feel free to drop me a line. In my spare time, I watch rugby and tennis and seem to be continually working on the next project that's on the list for the house do-up!If you want to get in touch, feel free... email is probably the best way or through linked in...
