Sr. Customer Success Account Manager
Current- The Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) provides delivery management of Premier Services and Support designed to improve customer IT operational health in assigned account(s) The CSAM:
- Is the trusted advisor to the customer and the Microsoft owner of the customers IT operational health
- Manages support delivery on reactive incidents provided by Microsoft Premier Support.
- Knowledgeable on a wide range of Microsoft technology
- Maintains Support Delivery Plans that capture the customers current state and analysis for IT Health improvement
- Manages the delivery and follow-up of proactive services designed to reduce reactive support cases and costs.
