This project was awarded the Urban Land Institute's International award for a successful mixed use urban redevelopment project. Oversight of all IT, operations, administrative and HR functions for $50 Billion Gross Market Value Real Estate Pension Fund Investment Mangement Advisory Firm.Office of CFO - Staff member to the Chief Financial Officer of The Prudential Insurance Company of America. Primary project management responsibility for consolidation and centralization of Prudential's core insurance business. Prudential Corporate Real Estate Advisors - Opened and managed the East Coast Office of Prudential Corporate Real Estate Advisors, a division of PREI. Managed a 450,000 SF office build to suit for Prudential Financial.

I worked on the redevelopment of the 200 acre Boston Marine Industrial Park as well as the redevelopment of the 1.6 milllion square foot former Boston Army Base Building.
