You have to be passionate about what you do in order to combine all of these ingredients. In my experience, I have seen a variety of different team dynamics and I know what works well and what lacks the necessary synergy. I am a web designer/developer, and have always loved creating beautiful designs and intuitive user experiences. I have recently been working on my development skills to add a level of functionality behind the pretty face. For example, I recently used PHP to implement a way to track visitors on a website using unique URL id's, without the need for cookies. I have acquired a vast amount of experience in email HTML, creating newsletters, and promotions for subscribers. I have used most of the major email marketing clients out there. Email HTML is extremely difficult to learn, I remember my first attempted to create a custom email, I learned a whole new world of cross-platform compatibility. This underscores my ability to execute under new territory.Other than my technical background, the areas I pride myself in the most are my interpersonal skills, and my ability to adapt to changing situations. My ability to see the positives during the tough times, provides me with the positive perspective necessary to have fun with my work. Bringing a positive mental attitude to your work will help keep the attitudes of those around you positive as well. This will create and help foster a "can-do" team dynamic, where each member will feel motivated to create quality work. I produce my best work under pressure and never present a problem without a solution.
