Developer Senior• Developer Senior – Business System Analysis role on QCARE to EPDS migration of Professional and Institution Provider Demographics and Enterprise Provider Pricing (ETS). Designed and supported development of user interface for QCARE enhancements and ETS Pricing contract mapping design.• Developer Senior – Business System Analysis role on Build and Development of a EPDS (State Sponsored Business) automated data intake add and update process of provider demographics and pricing contract data using a cloned electronic data format file similar to the BCBS Association Provider Data Format layout. This supported the migration of;o SSB migration and implementation of a Third Party Payer agreement (TPA) with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas supporting the Austin/Travis Texas Medicaid business. This project was beta implementation from the ground up build of an automated data intake process to be used for all BCBS Association Plans using a PDF data intake format and ITS Blue Web common code values. Roles included;  Review of business requirements with internal SSB provider business users and external third party source systems on migration and implementation tracks for the Intake Project.  Working with WELLPOINT vendors on development of “level of effort” and technical analysis to develop the data intake process and development and support of the various State implementations.  Analysis and technical support to internal SSB business and external development on migration approach and testing of converted providers and pricing contracts. o Current Project is the implementation of the automated addition and update of Provider demographics and pricing contract process supporting the TPA agreement with Blue Choice of South Carolina for SSB Medicaid.

BSA Advisor• Technical Analysis on user interface design, provider financial conversion, provider conversion and system changes to the Enterprise DB2 provider database and Enterprise Medical Management Systems WMDS. This supported the migration of;o State Sponsored business provider data from Legacy Perot system to Enterprise provider and claims target system (CARS).o Remediation of data conversion barriers to the Enterprise DB2 provider database (R6), supporting the migration of CA, CO and Nevada Professional provider.o WMDS Enterprise Medical Management System supporting the migration of Georgia and Virginia National data from target systems TRIGON and QCARE systems to Enterprise NASCO. BSA Test Lead • Acted as Test Lead for System Testing and User Acceptance Testing on the Enterprise Medical Management System. This supported the Georgia and Virginia National migration from TRIGON and QCARE to target NASCO.

BSA Advisor • Technical Analysis support on Business GAP requirement analysis, system changes and provider conversion. This supported the migration of BCBS of Colorado and Nevada business from Legacy AMISYS to Anthem Facet target system. Project was cancelled due to merger between Anthem, Inc. and WellPoint. • Technical Analysis support of Provider data and pricing conversion from AMISYS to WellPoint WGS/IMS Provider system. • Technical Analysis support of Claims conversion from AMISYS to WGS Claims.
