In the initial stages worked under TUPE regulations transferring 270 staff from BT into the new operations.

Providing regional HR operational and strategic support to the newly acquired Norway and UK operations.Achievements:• Increased headcount by 500 staff and contractors to meet project demands• Saved in excess of £400,000 by introducing an employee referral scheme• Recovered over £200,000 in training costs from the ECITB over two years• Improved delivery of the sponsorship for migrant workers and related compliance• Passed an audit with UK Visa & Immigration in May 2014• Participated in the successful due diligence and now integration of an acquisition in Norway (US$150m) and 1600 personnel in 2014• Managed the HR section of due diligence and following integration of a recent UK Automation based business in the UK (cUK£70m purchase) with 250+ staff• Improved the service delivery of the HR function and Staff Communications• Implementation of a new Appraisal/Performance Management system• Conducted two Collective Consultation exercises for redundancies without any resulting tribunal claims• Engaged a successful cultural transition programme for incoming expats mainly from the US
