One of the most sought after positions at Nike, the EKIN role at Nike focuses on delivering product education and experiences to our retailers and consumers. The diversity of this role allowed me to educate a range of people, from retail staff to social media influencers and to those in senior leadership roles on Nike’s product as well as its innovation and history.Key achievements / responsibilities in this role include:- Delivered product training content that led to a number 1 ranking in "engagement rank" - a measure of which brand's content associates most engage with.- Created a new style of product training videos that led to a 9.24/10 CSAT rating.- Responsible for the product training of all Footasylum and Office stores in the UK.- Working on an ad-hoc basis to train staff members from JD Sports, Footlocker and Sports Direct.- Creating and directing videos as well as other digital tools to assist in educating staff members. - Providing training and explaining product features and benefits to small groups of 10 to 30 and larger groups of 100 to 300 people. - Hosting insights sessions in conjunction with our Global Product Management team.Consumer and Product Insights- Support in the recruitment of consumers and execution of insight sessions for the Global Product design teams. - Support and execute key city insight sessions focusing on the Basketball consumer for Nike brand.

As a product specialist within Nike Town London my main responsibility was to educate athletes (sales associates) through training sessions. Key responsibilities in this role include: - Delivering daily training on Nike's history & heritage, products, services and technologies.- Educating athletes (sales associates) on how to best serve consumers.- On-boarding new employees, educating them on Nike's product, innovation, culture and outlining service strategy.- Working along side EKINs (training managers) to deliver education surrounding Nike's campaigns and product launches.Special Project - Nike Adapt BB Ambassador:The Adapt BB 1.0 was Nike’s first performance shoe featuring one of its newest innovations - self-lacing technology. During this project it was my job to create and implement a training strategy to ensure staff were knowledgeable on the product. This role saw me educate staff both within NikeTown London and Nike's European Headquarters in The Netherlands.Special Project - HyperAdapt 1.0 Lead:During this time I was also selected to be a HyperAdapt 1.0 Lead.
