My main role in the company is that of a sales engineer, however I slowly shifted into a more administrative role.I am also in charge and have successfully set up CRM and DMS systems, which I also administer. CRM:The goal was to implement a CRM system that would help digitalize and simplify our workflow. We managed that by importing our customers and suppliers into the CRM system. We also channel all inquiries, offers and orders through this system to get an overview of all sales activity.DMS:The goal was to create a paperless office and streamline the workflow at the same time. We achived this, by importing all recieved documents into the DMS software. The documents then automatically go to the person responsible who approves or rejects them. After processing, the documents are archived in safe storage. All outbound documents go through this system as well.
