Act as the leader of the operational arm of the Halesite Fire Department. Direct and supervise fire and EMS personnel during emergencies and operate as command staff or sector command and control during emergencies, where assigned. Maintain first response apparatus and have expert knowledge of first arrival unit operations, communications and command unit protocols.Develop and maintain consistent updates to the Department's Standard Operating Guidelines. Deployed many of the main standards and guides for firefighting and EMS services beginning in 2014. Continue presence and maintain planning and pre-operational plans for the department.
