I focused on international messaging strategy & measuring Messenger's contribution to Facebook engagement.

Co-founded the RoAI Institute, a business research institute aimed at helping companies maximize value from their AI projects in an ethical and timely manner.

Contributed to a dozen strategy projects across industries, typically tech/analytics. Some examples:- Analytics & AI operating model for a large restaurant chain- IT strategy for a Fortune 500 industrials company- Responsible AI for a major U.S. bank I also helped start & grow the Responsible AI group. We launched Accenture's first Algorithmic Assessment and I sat on an internal governance board for AI tools in HR.

I built out new metrics for the National Park Service to better measure and support diversity across parks.

I managed a team of 35 college campus representatives across the Midwest to increase app engagement at universities.

1871 is the largest startup incubator in Chicago. I worked with the COO to build a website for an upcoming industry conference and automated day-to-day executive tasks.
