As owner of GMA Home Services, we specialize in home improvement, repairs, remodels, custom woodwork, and furniture craftsmanship. As the broker of Dockside Referrals, I handle residential corporate relocations to the Treasure Coast.My career began in Southern California, where I co-built Commercial/Industrial Plumbing Construction Company and serves as Engineering advisor for 3 Columbia Medical facilities. Selling the firm in 2001, relocated to Florida to build a real estate portfolio. Once in Florida, I assisted in launching a successful real estate brand, where I was responsible for developing and managing 750M and 2000 transactions over a four year period. In 2006, I became a member of Executive Consulting Inc., where I developed SOP's and education curriculums for the Real Estate industry's(lender/services, realtors, title and homeowners) distressed property market. These were adapted by the Treasury as Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives(HAFA) and sold to AssetPlanUSA. I transitioned to AssetPlanUSA, where I advised 14 state real estate associations on distressed property policies and procedures. I handled relationship development for realtor associations, lenders, title & mortgage companies. I consulted on short sales and traveled the country speaking, training and coaching companies and individuals on all aspects of short sale polices.Additional responsibilities held were international real estate trainer/consultant for Star Power, EVP East Coast Operations for Executive Consulting Inc. and a Fannie Mae Public Speaker.
