I joined Curlew in 2015 as an ESG consultant to focus on GRESB reporting.After achieving Curlew’s first Green Star in 2016 for their main fund, my responsibilities have been expanded to cover the development of Curlew’s ESG operational framework, the integration of ESG issues in investment process and all the Sustainability Disclosure requirements. In 2020, I developed the Curlew Sustainability Strategy 2030, which is our current road map to Net Zero.

Tasked with benchmarking the Keyrus CSR policy against the market leaders and the competition. Report included industry's best practice, upcoming legislation change and a proposed structure for a CSR report in line with GRI, ISO 26000 and Gaia Index standards.

Developed, launched and managed a new concept of luxury mobile venue in Singapore. Managed corporate events for FHM magazine, Puma & Diageo. Achieved over 80% in gross operational profit.

Provided advices in operational management for the high-end market in London. With a particular expertise on set up and openings, WonderBars specialized in beverage operational procedures, product listings and supplier negotiations, staff training and creative menu and drink designs.

Managed and developed the international expansion strategy for existing and new territories. Launched the brand into 11 new countries over a 3 year period and Increased revenue by more than 100% per annum 3 years running. Successfully developed, design and launched a new range of products (funkin syrups) and acted as a resource on operational and beverage development to the UK sales team.
