Plans, implements, and conducts preventative care, safety, and compliance training programs. Plans, implements, manages, and maintains comprehensive environmental safety & health programs on premises or at project site locations. Provides project management team with guidance on health and safety and confirm project site fulfills industry, local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations. Collaborates with management to develop an Emergency Action Plan and serve as primary contact for project site injury and incident notification, investigation, and case management. Maintains a written log of safety inspection activities, reports, and correspondence. Guarantees that all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals, internal policies and procedures, contract documents, and good engineering practices. Provides technical support to project managers. Develops and maintains project cost/change controls, and project budget and accounting records. Coordinates and monitors schedule updates, invoices, and submittals. Reports the status of projects to business and market leaders. Participates in team meetings and provides regular on-site project presence.

Ensure compliance of all safety affairs as regulated through OSHA. Enforced safety guidelines set by OSHA regulations and performed safety checks on all safety equipment and work areas. Conducted injury investigations. Completed hot work permits as needed. LOTO.

Pipeline construction duties included conducting accident investigations, identify root causes and recommend corrective/preventive actions; Monitoring a compressor station; Audit Job Safety Analysis and Confined Space Permits on an on-going basis; filed, updated, and maintained all paperwork related to ISO Management; Managed and observe workers in the completion of a gas turbine compressor; Reviewed critical lift plans, coordinated LOTO program, issued hot work permits, excavation permits, and calibrated air monitors daily. Observe crews at work and report laxity in safety precautions. Investigate accidents to determine causes and devises preventive measures. Recap OSHA rules and regulations regarding the task to be performed that day. Preform JSAs, crane, scaffold, confined space, and excavation audits. Review permits for operations. Attended and participated in daily meetings.

Oversee environmental, health, and safety compliance of Triad personnel. Verify and oversee company compliance of local, state, and governmental regulations.
