    Program Manager Consultant 2022-2023 •• As Technical Program manager I used my skills to create a master program plan in MS Project (following the waterfall method) to de-activate the VersionOne application and move 250 teams across 11 business units worldwide (China, London, Paris, the Cape, to name a few) to Azure Dev Ops (ADO) application to the AWS cloud. The target given consisted of a move within one year- I completed two (2) months early and saved hundreds of thousands of dollars in licensing fees/support.
