Program Manager Consultant 2022-2023 •• As Technical Program manager I used my skills to create a master program plan in MS Project (following the waterfall method) to de-activate the VersionOne application and move 250 teams across 11 business units worldwide (China, London, Paris, the Cape, to name a few) to Azure Dev Ops (ADO) application to the AWS cloud. The target given consisted of a move within one year- I completed two (2) months early and saved hundreds of thousands of dollars in licensing fees/support. The migration included moving all Portfolio items.• Lead weekly transformation/migration meetings with senior leadership as well as each team using “Microsoft Teams” • Provided weekly updates to senior leadership as to number of teams in progress, number of teams completely moved to ADO as well as reviewed open issues focusing on critical and high issues.• Conducted high level presentations with senior leadership (C-level) for each business unit and detailed meetings with the individual teams that will be migrating to ADO.• Created Pre and Post Migration checklist to be used by the teams prior to and after the migration has taken place.• Used “Confluence” to house the various artifacts such as FAQ’s, Overall Azure Dev Ops Migration Information, etc• Used enterprise JIRA to track Issues/Risk for tracking Critical (e.g. No work around), High (e.g. Has a workaround), Medium and Low issues related to the migration effort• Once all teams were moved to ADO, software development moved to a hybrid Agile methodology.
