I work as system engineer in IT company focused on software development. I am responsible for user support and for all technical operations in our company. In numbers 30 clients and over 100 servers. That include following products, tasks and experience:- Server environment:PowerShell scripting focusing on SharePoint, Exchange and Windows server management.Ansible: writing scripts for automating configuration on Windows and Linux machines.GitLab: installing, configuring and preforming daily operations for keep it working.Kubernets/Docker: Installing, configuring, maintaining, automating.Microsoft: Infrastructure services (AD, DNS, DHCP, RDGW, Hyper-V cluster), SC DPM, SC VMM, SC OM, SharePoint, Azure IaaS, Office/Microsoft 365, Exchange.Lenovo: Installing and maintaining servers and storage.HCL: Installing and managing HCL Domino and Notes.Linux: Installing, monitoring and maintaining Linux based servers, mainly RHEL, CentOS and Ubuntu.VMware: VMware Workstation Pro, VMware ESXi with vSphere.Hardware: sizing and designing configuration.ISO9001 and ISO27001 implementation.McAfee: installing and maintain ePO, VirusScan Enterprise, ENS and DLP.ESET: installing and maintain Secure Authentication (2FA), Endpoint Protection and PROTECT.- Network: IPv4, IPv6, BGP, LAN, WAN, Cisco switches/routers, PaloAlto routers, Ubiquiti Networks (switches, WiFi, video) and Forcepoint NGFW and IPS.- Client support: Installation of all client machines and needed software for work in standardized and semi-automated way. Supporting clients and offering help with Microsoft Office and Windows. Testing new versions of software, choosing and purchasing all hardware and software equipment. Writing setup/installation manuals for internal and external users.

I worked in IT, technical department. I was responsible for managing client computers for entire group. In numbers over 5000 employees, over 3000 clients and over 150 servers. This included following tasks and experiences:- Clients: choosing hardware (PC, monitors, laptops, mobile terminals, mobile phones), defining standard software for client pc, preforming automatic maintenance task (scripts, ScriptLogic, SCCM), automatic installations of client computers and taking care for advanced user support (Microsoft Windows and Office).- Servers: responsible for VMware vSphere/ESX (cluster) servers and Linux servers. Support for Windows servers offering AD, File, Printer, DHCP, DNS and IIS services. Technical support for in-house developed POS application.- VIP user support, technical support for IT filed to top management.- Projects: - Implementing VMware ESX Cluster. - Integrating all companies in Merkur group into common IT environment (same AD domain, software and hardware standards for server and clients).Beside regular work I participated in research projects for new software that could ease our maintenance burden or help our users do work better and faster. I was also a mentor to new employees in our department, transferring experience and knowledge to them.
