Served as primary contact to 3PL providers of Kansas City and Pittsburgh sites. Approved all 3PL invoicing, performance monitoring and quality of more than 100K SKUs. Managed warehousing for customer orders, shipped up to 15K customer orders per week and received inventory of up to 6K product lines; provided value-added packaging processing. Analyzed vendor performance, generated reports and delivered information critical to decision-making process to executive-level managers.
