Businesses Insights- Working with 100's of organizations. Additionally, as part of the global CDO team, I was able to visit and gain insights from companies such as Google, Slack, Yammer, Duetsche Telekom and even WeWork. Additionally, working with 20 plus external companies on a semi-annual basis with deep understanding of GTM strategies and financial position of the eclectic group. Lastly, having done quite a bit of M&A work helped take a look at the "book" from numerous companies in numberous markets.4. Reading and seminars- The last key piece for me was continuous learning in attending hundreds of specialty seminars as well as reading a huge variety of books.
