Rebuilt sales team, then led team, delivering multiple contracts, which included SDLC, & stakeholder management.•Built internal function to deliver nationally across Australia for Optus Business nationally. •At Juniper Networks to deliver key Tech, marketing and sales teams across the EMEA.Comprising of re-working of original hiring process in to optimise candidate pool, interview time, and time to hire process. I significantly reduced the cv to interview, interview to hire process, As well as train new team members, and map DACH region for all future hires.
