Full time ESL instructor at the Toronto campus. Responsible for daily lesson planning for core classes and elective classes. Elective classes include grammar, conversation, business and TOEFL/TOEIC test preparation.June - August 2015, June - August 2016Academic Director, Sol Camps Teen and Children's Adventure ProgramResponsible for setting up the teaching environment including the curriculum as well as the hiring and managing of a group of up to 20 teachers and 250 students at an ESL summer camp. Weekly responsibilities included testing and placement of new students, assisting parents and chaperones, resolving student concerns and coordinating with residence and activity staff.June 2014 (4 weeks)ESL Instructor, Teen Adventure ProgramTaught in the Teen Adventure Program operating on the University of Toronto campus. Responsible for daily lesson planning for a class of up to 18 students. Developed a new web-logging elective and acted as primary editor of student submitted articles.
