Current- Directing the RASS team and ensuring its flexibility to meet the needs of departments, including Chairs, faculty and staff, to the highest possible standard, as well as ensuring compliance with institutional standards
- Member of the Basic and Translational Sciences Leadership group; tasked with identifying and applying initiatives to improve the process of conducting research at Rush across all administrative facets of research
- Responsible for the design and build of pre- and post-award training curricula, and working with key stakeholders to disseminate and implement these across the organization to raise standards across the board
