President of Bernardo Consulting Group, an independent security technology consulting firm.My career started 20 years ago as a manufacturers'​ representative where I was exposed to the security industry's numerous security products and all their technical eccentricities. That experience and a background in computer science eventually led to key positions with various security industry leaders in Sales & Marketing, Technical Support, Applications Design, Product Management, and Project Design. It was in this capacity that I first designed large and complex systems for schools, airports, seaports and government projects across the United States. Today, my consulting work is primarily focused on infrastructure security design projects and consulting for product manufacturers on product and marketing strategy.
