In addition to corporate clients and high net worth individuals, a portion of my personal practice is devoted to those who cannot typically afford to hire corporate lawyers to protect their individual rights including many who have been severely injured or killed in catastrophic truck accidents, defective products, victims of medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, or construction site accidents. In these types of cases the firm will consider accepting the referral of cases on a contingency fee basis under the appropriate circumstances.In either scenario - corporate clients paying us by the hour or individuals who must rely upon their lawyers to win their case in order to be paid - our lawyers make every effort to provide our clients with honest opinions, responsive and open communication of ideas and the status of their case, and good old fashioned hard work on their behalf.
