• Management oversight of 21 full-time employees and an annual budget of $1.8 million. Grew staff and budget by 45% through new government, corporate, and foundation grants, and increased charitable giving.
• Advised local and state-level elected and transportation officials on ways to increase traffic safety through policy and engagement strategies in the key areas of engineering, education, and enforcement.
