Having worked for some of the most exciting and unique banks in the Midwest, I have gained tremendous experience throughout my thirty-year career of transforming growth organizations. As the executive responsible for technology, deposit and loan operations, IT risk management and cyber security, and project management, I have the proven ability to build and lead teams through significant change that requires continuously evolving the people, processes, and technology to support the scale and complexity of the bank. My successful career includes:• Growing a bank from $90M in assets through 4 failed bank acquisitions in 18 months, a merger of equals and 3 bank acquisitions to reach $7B; a second merger of equals to reach $20B; and then a third merger of equals to reach $47B (Talmer Bank and Trust/Chemical Bank/TCF Bank)• Managing the overall integration and technology transformation of two $2B banks in a merger of equals at Sunflower Bank• Overseeing a holding company technology and operations service bureau for 64 individually-charted banks, which included opening 20 de novo bank charters at Capitol Bancorp• Consolidating a multibank holding company with 3 banks and 3 national mortgage companies into a single bank charter while managing multiple acquisitions and a merger of equals at Republic BankI take pride in delivering business results tailored to the unique needs and strategies of the bank through the use of technology.
