Provide culturally-responsive therapy to adolescents, adults, couples and families using individual and family therapy and crisis management in an independent practice, outpatient setting. Ensure effective, quality, and collaboratively guided care. Link individuals and families with additional resources and opportunities for growing communities of care when needed.

Create and manage initiatives that nurture relationships within NTI and the local narrative therapy community. Strengthen connections with other Narrative Therapy communities and organizations. Work to create free and low-cost spaces where people can be supported in their hopes for bringing about social justice and staying connected with narrative ethics and practices. Develop relationships and venues to help NTI stay open and responsive to the vast, rich diversity of knowledges and skills that are present within its community.

Provide culturally-sensitive individual therapy in BMC's outpatient Psychiatry Department for diverse individuals, families, and groups struggling with a range of issues, including but not limited to: trauma, depression, anxiety, psychosis, addiction, grief, chronic pain, eating "disorders," incarceration, relationship conflict, as well as the effects of colonialism, racism, classism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, ableism (and their intersections) on identity and mental health.

Provided weekly individual counseling to students, helping them develop richer sense of themselves as people and connect with personal and community resources that support their dreams for life. Created, designed, and facilitated boy's counseling group for sophomore male students. Created and co-facilitated LGBTQ support group students of all grades. Assisted in providing crisis intervention for students as needed. Served as a liaison between the school, student, parents and external agencies. Supported students in their personal development of coping strategies, emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and relationship skills. Made referrals to external agencies and appropriate programs for students in need of additional support services.

Assisted in management of all food production, including all outlets for vegetable and fruit sales, and supervision of farm crew. Sales outlets included wholesale to restaurant and retail outlets, farmstand, CSA programs, and farmers market. Assisted Farm Manager in managing all aspects of field production, including planting, cultivation, greenhouse work, harvesting, packaging, and crop planning.

Managed field production, new land remediation, community outreach, sales, financial planning, and organizational development of a new, ambitious community urban farm project in Boston's inner city neighborhoods.
