I work closely with my clients to ensure that they are happy with all aspects of our service delivery for their employee benefit plans.I've worked in the defined benefit field since 1997 and have extensive experience managing various administration teams and client relationships. My experience includes project management, operations management, and client relationship management. As a relationship manager, I work closely with my clients and the service delivery teams to ensure that all administration deliverables are provided in a timely, accurate manner and that they exceed my client’s expectations. My expertise includes pension de-risking projects such as lump sum windows, annuity purchase projects, and lost participant searches in addition to plan design change projects, mergers and acquisitions, plan trustee changes, large-scale data clean-up projects, workforce reduction (early retirement window) projects and retirement choice projects.
