I lead an amazing team of individuals who are responsible for implementation of Oracle Fusion Applications (CRM, HCM, Financials), Hyperion, OBIEE, and Oracle E-Business Suite. The team handles software implementation, business process development, technical process engineering, integration development, analytics and reporting creation, as well as help desk support and managed services for our customers.Our Fusion CRM team has implemented our internal Fusion CRM instance (for Intelenex's sales team), Intelenex's quick start implementation package (4-6 weeks to stand up Fusion CRM) and custom implementations that include integrations to other systems.Our Fusion HCM team implemented Intelenex's internal Fusion HCM instance and have implemented projects for small 50 person organizations as well as 1,000 person call centers. The HCM team has implemented Core HCM with Manager and Employee Self-Service, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Goal and Review Management, and developed HCM extracts for Data Warehouse and Provider integrations.Our Fusion Financials team worked on the first ever Cloud Fusion Financials. Our Financials leads are experts that come out of the financial industry and have years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Financials.Our integration and application development team (architects and developers) work with Java, .NET, Fusion Middleware, SOA, and technologies such as Pervasive and Jitterbit. They have developed custom web portals, SMS messaging systems for service centers, and advanced business rules engines for business hour SLA and OLA management for a global call center.
