I have been practicing law since 1985, and have experience in both state and federal court, including both civil and criminal cases. Over the last 35+ years as an attorney, I have represented hundreds of clients accused of crime and victims of crime and negligence, and have served on the appellate panel of the Marion County Public Defender Agency for ten years.
