About Grzegorz Bugaj

By day I am a Chief Information Officer, Software Engineer, and Database Administrator with a primary focus on backend systems. I am responsible for managing Developers, DevOps, Business Analysts, IT Staff, and daily operations of our production systems.I manage the performance and reliability of Microsoft SQL and Postgres servers with terabytes of data per server, billion+ records, and thousands of queries per second.As a US Marine, I don't believe in the impossible, I love challenges and working under stress and I think that is the only way to grow and get yourself out of a comfort zone.My biggest quality is that I will tell you how it is and I don't care if you like it or not, for me, logic is more important than emotions. In my second life, I am a father to a beautiful daughter Izabella, and I work on a large-scale data extraction system, so if you need some data extracted please let me know.
