Originally joining Telstra as a Regional Manager overseeing all Company-owned and Licensed Telstra Stores across North Queensland and Northern Territory in Australia.Greg has since held several progressive roles within the business, including that of Senior Retail Business Development Manager in which he was a major contributor to the substantial expansion of Telstra's Branded Retail Channel and Licensed Store Program.As a Senior Project Manager, Greg was part of the core Team which transformed Telstra's retail footprint from a tired and stale format to an award winning and leading world class telecommunications retailer.As Program Manager for Telstra's Pop-up Retail, Greg was responsible for the end-to-end development and delivery of Telstra's market winning pop-up retail solutions incorporating, pop-up stores, stores on wheels, temporary kiosks and major event retailing.Greg has also been part of Telstra's Retail Innovation Team which is responsible for developing new business models and scaling new high-growth opportunities that Telstra is investing in to make Telstra a global technology company.In his role as National Partner Liaison Manager, Greg was responsible for leading Telstra Partner participation in Telstra's latest Award-winning Retail Format Rollout Program between March 2018 to December 2020.Following Telstra's decision in early 2021 to buy back all Telstra Licensed Stores Greg moved into Telstra's Retail and Regional Footprint Management Team overseeing Telstra's retail location leasing and store refurbishment program.

Greg was a pioneer of the self-service coin-operated Internet Kiosk Industry in Australia expanding a single location pilot in 2005 to over 30 locations throughout Australia with operations within many of Australia's top tier shopping centres.

Our Newcastle-based Pizza Plus franchised business started by my father and I was acquired by Brisbane-based Silvio's Dial-a-Pizza to accelerate Silvio's expansion into the NSW market which later merged to create the relaunch of Domino's Pizza in Australia by majority owner Jack Cowin (Majority owner also of the Hungry Jack's business in Australia).
