Telling the story of the Center for Sport Leadership at VCU through rich content on our digital platforms. In this role, I also engage alumni through professional development, networking opportunities and career guidance. The CSL is dedicated building strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with sports industry decision-makers and influencers all for the benefit of our graduate students, our alumni base and the VCU community.

My recently expanded role at the CSL includes producing & coordinating content for our website and social media platforms, securing sports industry leaders as guest speakers and generating local, regional & national exposure for our graudate program, one of the best in the country. Through my Sports Media & Communication class, I also educate graduate students on campus and online about the sports media industry. I created a curriculum that offers an insider's perspective on how the sports media business operates. Students receive social media training, enhance their public speaking skills and learn how mobile technology is changing they way people consume content and information .

I am both lucky and honored to have the opportunity to engage the Richmond sports community each weekday. Through spirited discussions of timely topics and interviews with local, regional and national sports personalities, my daily, two hour radio show is dedicating to serving our diverse and passionate audience. My radio show is a major revenue generator for our station. I have personally secured numerous corporate sponsorships in addition to collaborating with our sales teams to create opportunities for local, regional and national clients.

I spent 10 years at CBS 6, helping build the leading sports department in the market.
