Scrum Master for two software development teams. These teams created tools that were used by other teams within the company to create high quality maps.I facilitated all scrum-related meetings, including daily standups, sprint demos, sprint retrospectives, and sprint plannings. I also facilitated multi-day Scaling Agile release plannings before each.

Scrum Master for the Unified IP/Aspect Quality Management Recording Team. Also a part-time software engineer on the User Experience development team.I effectively led a Scrum team of twelve people through a successful sprint schedule over the past year. This team was responsible for adding enhanced functionality to the already-existing customer call.

Integral member of the Content Management Team. Handled inbound and outbound flow of periodical-based articles that comprised the research web site content.I used XML, XSLT, C#, and SQL Server in an Agile/Scrum environment to import, export, and maintain tens of thousands of searchable documents.I created multiple pieces of software that automated many.

Project Lead. Co-created XML conversion engine using XSLT stylesheets, a Java-based parser, and DOS batch files. Used this engine to convert a variety of large XML files representing detailed legal documents from one format to another based on a proprietary DTD. Created most of the XSLT stylesheets and maintained them. Created an XML node/file re-ordering.

Maintained daily operation and fixed bugs on a number of e-commerce websites, including eddiebauer.com, newport-news.com, and fisheriessupply.com. Made HTML and JavaScript coding changes to the front ends of all sites. Modified Visual Basic pipeline code for promotions during the start of the holiday shopping season. Made graphical updates and performed.

Worked on two projects simultaneously; one for ServiceMaster and one for OneAmerica. Used proprietary software to update/optimize a call center application for ServiceMaster. Used same software to create a new call center application for OneAmerica.

Worked with middle tier developers to design data models for the front end screens, including an optimal XML structure for the data that would be returned to me. Helped design the look and feel of each of the front end screens I worked on. Wrote XSLT stylesheets to transform incoming XML into dynamic HTML pages.

Designed the software architecture and database structures based on the specifications of a WEi engineer. Specifications were based on WEi's client requirements. Coded the majority of the application, with some cosmetic help and minor troubleshooting from a WEi engineer.

Gathered requirements for a web application for medical transcriptionists. Created design documents for the site layout, workflow of the site, and hardware infrastructure of the site. Responsible for a majority of the web site coding. Assisted in the deployment of the live site.

Wrote code for the user interface of a web application that allowed customers to apply for home loans electronically. Wrote some of the middle-tier web server components that accessed the database. Wrote a separate application to convert legacy data into a newer data format. Designed and implemented unit test plans and system test plans. Stress tested.

Served as a lead GUI programmer for the design and deployment of www.planetoutdoors.com. Coded the first version of the user interface for the site. Helped design the user interface. Learned how to code sites to look and perform identically in more than one web browser.
