I have been practicing law in Dallas, Texas since 1994. The focus of my practice is commercial and business litigation as well as some bankruptcy and transactional work. The expense of litigation is something that all business people wish to avoid, and I believe it is an attorney's job to keep clients out of court. That is why I encourage and have considerable experience with mediation and arbitration.
