I have been practicing law in Dallas, Texas since 1994. The focus of my practice is commercial and business litigation as well as some bankruptcy and transactional work. I handle matters such as business planning, contract drafting and enforcement, mergers and acquisitions, commercial leasing, filing of mechanic’s and materialman’s liens, debt collection, city/county code enforcement disputes, and litigation. The expense of litigation is something that all business people wish to avoid, and I believe it is an attorney's job to keep clients out of court. That is why I encourage and have considerable experience with mediation and arbitration. In the event that litigation is inevitable, I have the experience necessary to successfully represent clients in the courtroom.
