Greg Caples began his career in the electrical maintenance industry in 1981 with SD Myers. With over 38+ years of professional business experiences, Greg has founded and successfully operated high voltage electrical maintenance companies that provided services to new and existing clientele in Fortune 500 businesses, Utility Companies, Industrial, and Commercial Facilities. In August 1988, Greg founded 5 Star American Transformer Services, Inc. and later reformed the corporation in 1998 as Transformer Testing and Repairs, Inc. and in 2015 was acquired by RESA Power Solutions, LLC. Greg was retained as the Site General Manager. Transformer Testing and Repairs, Inc. annually serviced over 6,000+ transformers without having any employee injuries or equipment failure(s) with the serviced equipment. Greg also developed and operated a “world class state of the art” industrial laboratory specializing in electrical insulating fluids testing. Throughout Greg’s career, he has created successful start-ups and expanded established businesses. He has created, engineered, and manufactured several industry products that are now utilized nationwide.
