As a National Director of Litigation Support & eDiscovery, I build client relationships in support of IST's eDiscovery business, while overseeing all support for case teams regarding the use of technology as it relates to the discovery process. I work with case teams to maximize efficient use of resources, ensuring that proper technology is being employed.

• Manage a National Account with a prominent law firm, serving over 30 offices and 20 project managers.
• Develop and document project work flow; assign and advise technical resources to ensure consistent and correct execution of client request.

I work with attorneys and office management to maximize efficient use of paralegal resources, ensuring that proper technology is being employed and effectively utilized to achieve case demands. • Manage Litigation Support and Help Desk, supporting over 400 total users.
• Work and manage the Help Desk by creating the schedule, answering and solving technical questions and computer related problems.
• Managed, planned, and set up for all trials that utilized technical equipment.
• Created trial presentations in Trail Director using custom graphics, PowerPoint presentations and timelines from Timeline Xpress.
• Created and manage Summation and Trial Director Cases.
• Train and prepare attorneys paralegals, secretaries, and legal aides in the use of Trial Director, Timeline Xpress and Summation, to prepare them for trials and presentations.

• Started my own sole proprietorship business, doing litigation support.
• Reconstructed over 20 accidents using computer animation, all reached a successful outcome in trial and mediation.
• Use 3D Studio Max, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Trial Director, and Sanction, among others, to create graphics to clearly explain multimillion-dollar cases.
• Scanned and coded projects, in volume, to be presented in trial.
• Conducted and edited video depositions.
