Sea Gull Lighting is a large, private equity owned manufacturer of residential and commercial lighting products. Greg led the business as it emerged from the U.S. housing crisis. He managed all business functions while defining and successfully executing upon a strategy to grow sales and right-size the cost structure through a focused effort on sales, marketing, and product development.

Turin, Italy & Monterrey, Mexico

Greg worked for AMSTED Industries, a large diversified manufacturing company, and led two different businesses internationally (in Mexico and Italy). In Mexico, he led a precision manufacturing business through a high growth start-up period. In Italy, he successfully led an Italian automotive parts manufacturer through the severe auto industry downturn. He was responsible for the P&L, managing both the strategic direction of the businesses as well as the day-to-day operations that included manufacturing, purchasing, production control, quality, HR and Finance.
